Through high school I have understood that volleyball is one of my top aspirations and I would not be the same person without it. Volleyball has allowed me to develop character and dedication allowing me to take new challenges head on never stopping till I have done my absolute best. This sport has developed me into a better player not only skill wise but as a team mate to my coaches and fellow players, but I also believe that development has come from my dedication to the sport and wanting to better myself on and off the court. Outside of volleyball I am an International Baccalaureate student, Student Leadership officer, three sport athlete, and in multiple honor societies. A strong suite of mine would be time management as I am continuously busy, but I would say I thrive under pressure and in the heat of the moment. I bring positive energy to any situation because I know the impact it can have on someone and how it could bring together a team in the most trying time. I want to play volleyball at the collegiate level because volleyball has become a part of who I am and has changed me off the court because it continues to teach me valuable life lessons. I play the sport because I don't just love it, I have a burning passion for volleyball that can only be filled if I continue to make it apart of my life where it can help me develop into my better self.
