Personal Statement
When I was in 5th grade, I started playing volleyball. I always looked up to the older girls playing in high school and wanted to be just like them. I want to be the reason little girls want to play and love the sport just like I do. Playing in college would be a great opportunity for me because it will open my eyes to a different world and I am ready for the challenges.
I have good passes, consist hard serves, and a strong aggressive hit. My coach always relies on me to keep the energy up on the court since I encourage everyone and I don’t let a mistake ruin the next play. My goal is to strive to be a hard working athlete, I am coachable, and will do anything that you would like me to change.
I volunteer with the Town of Hayden when they need a helping hand in all the towns activities. During school, I am determined to get good grades, I take great notes, and I study hard. I am also apart of Smart Girl which is a mentoring group that helps 7th grade girls make smart choices.
When I attend to a college, I want to push myself to succeed everywhere I am. In the classroom, on the court, and in life. I want to find a college that is right for me, I will strive for happiness and success. I want to make the best of my life to be a role model to my little sister to look up to and make my parents proud.
