Personal Statement

As I look forward to my recruiting process and college years I imagine there will be challenges I will have to face, but I'm excited to learn and grow as a student and as an athlete. I have not yet decided on the field of study I want to pursue, but being a coach and working with kids has always been a passion of mine.  I love the game of volleyball and I love to compete.  I give my best when I'm on the court, in school, in relationships and my personal life.  I love the team aspect of the game and strive to always be a good teammate to those around me.  I am a very hard worker, competitive, passionate and loyal. I have the same standards in life that I do on the court. I am excited for all that the future has to offer and I'm ready to make the most of my college career.

  • Acceleration Sports Training is for athletes who are serious about increasing their overall athletic ability. Acceleration Sports Training at North Colorado Sports Medicine is individualized to each athlete’s goals, needs, skill level and sport. Every program utilizes Dartfish video analysis and a strong emphasis is placed on speed, agility, balance, strength, power and most importantly mechanics. A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is administered to assess each athlete’s mobility, stability and risk of injury. Acceleration drives athletes to excel by tailoring protocol and building an advantageous culture in which athletes will succeed.

  • We believe every sport and athletes deserves their own individualized training program, why? No one athlete is identical to the other; each athlete has their own strengths and their own inefficiencies. Do you need to improve your 40-yard dash time? Improve your lateral speed? Vertical leap? Strength? Vigor Performance staff WILL get you there. Due to this, each athlete receives their own program, based on a few different factors such as sport demands, mechanical inefficiencies, and personal needs. We pride ourselves on the level of attention and coaching we give our athletes. We work with athletes of all levels, from 8 years old to Olympians; we have improved their performance.
