Jaidan Adams '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jaidan Adams and I play in all six rotations as an Outside Hitter, class of 2024, attending Ridge Community  in Davenport and playing club volleyball for Game Point Volleyball's 17U Premier team in Orlando, Florida. I began playing volleyball in the 7th grade.  I fell in love with the sport, and now, every day, I work to become a smarter, stronger, and more capable VB player.  My dream has been to play volleyball at the collegiate level. I believe I can make my dream a reality, because I love being a part of a team or family who has the desire to perform at the most competitive level and make each other better.

While our team played "Open" and "American/Club" level tournaments, this year I was honored and selected as one of 12 players to the 2023 AAU Junior Girls National Championship 1st team All Stars (Classic level) where my team finished 3rd out of 150 teams. And despite 5 of our scheduled HS games being cancelled, I finished 3rd in hitting percentage, 7th in Kills, 2nd in Aces, 23rd in Digs, and 15th in Blocks across 7A District 10 stat leaders according to Max Preps at the conclusion of the 2022 season.  Additionally, I was honored to be nominated  for the Florida All-State Team by my coaches in 2021. Finally,  I pride myself on my athletic ability, work ethic, and coachability. As a vital player on a team, I will always look for ways I can improve my game and my team's effectiveness while being open to the corrective criticism of others.

Academically,  I am interested in studying Psychology to become a Therapist whom helps  individuals to focus on their mental health, and be at peace with themselves and others. Additionally, I strive for excellence every day to become the best I can be for any potential institution of higher learning, Volleyball program, and any future career endeavors.  Alternatively, I enjoy reading, jumping on my trampoline, watching movies, and serving my community in my spare time.
