Personal Statement
Winning the 4A State Championship was the highlight of my high school career this past season. I feel that playing on a varsity team this year has taught me a lot of maturities, playing with older and high-level skilled girls has taught me to become a better athlete and have a deeper understanding of the game. My family has been a great influence in helping me on my athletic journey. My cousin had played club volleyball at Texas A&M and coached club volleyball at TAV in Texas and OTVA in Florida. They have taught me so much about volleyball and being an athlete.
In my future college career, I have interests in Physical Therapy/ Exercise Science, Biology, or Bio-Engineering. I want to be a part of a college community with lots of variety and majors I am looking for, along with a strong women’s volleyball team. I have completed 100 hours of community service through my high school years, helping at volleyball camps for my school and doing community service projects with my high school and club teams around Orlando.
