Sadie Kluner '20 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Sadie Kluner and I am a 6'1'' outside and opposite hitter. I have been playing competitive volleyball since I was 7 years old. I am a very versatile player as I have played middle, opposite and outside hitter. I love a challenge and having to switch positions twice in one year was surely challenging, but I managed to get the hang of the positions. I believe because of these changes I am a coachable player and I am always ready to learn something new, whether that be on the court or in the classroom.

    I would love to attend a school with a great pre-med or pre-vet program as I have not decided on which I would like to study at the moment.  Outside of volleyball and school I can be found at my job at the local YMCA where i am a camp councilor to the kindergarten classes. I also love to volunteer at local beach clean ups and at the local animal shelter. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and I pride myself on being able to keep up with my school work, my job, and my daily high school practices. In the past year my high school team Venice High school won the 2017 FHSAA 8A State Champion Title. On that team I was the starting opposite hitter and a back-up outside. I believe I would be a great addition to any team as I am a natural born leader and a very cooperating person.
