Personal Statement

My name is Jordan Christy and I live in Savannah, Georgia. I attend The Habersham School and play varsity volleyball as an outside hitter I also play outside for Club Savannah Volleyball. I have played volleyball for 6 years club and school. I have always had a love for competition and a love for the sport. I have always been quite tall, as of right now I am 5'11 and still growing! I have amassed volleyball awards including all-region, all-state, GICAA all-star team, GAPPS all-star team, best offense, athlete of the week, most valuable player, and I have made first team and honorable mention for All-Greater Savannah and have attended the Best of Preps banquet. Our school varsity volleyball team has won 4 state championships and I play on Club Savannah's 17 Adidas National team.

I am currently in 4 honors classes and 1 AP class. My GPA is currently 4.2. I have also received a silver medal on the National Latin Exam. I am active within The Habersham School and am always helping with our house system.

I am excited to begin my college education and am committed to excellence on and off the volleyball court!
