Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Maya Olender and I am a Junior at Saint Viator High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois. I have always known I wanted to play volleyball in college and have watched many collegiate games envisioning myself in their position.  I always strive for excellence and to be the best person and player that I can be. I like to be a leader and am the captain of my club team. I am in AP and Honors classes with a GPA of 97 in my junior year. Tough academics with my strive for competition are the perfect balance of being a student athlete.
