Alyssa Summers '21 Recruiting Profile

    Volleyball is my passion and my top goal is to play college volleyball.  My name is Alyssa Summers,  I am 5' 5 and weigh 145 Pounds.   I love playing no matter my mood, and I love making bonds with the girls I play with.  I have been playing Volleyball since fourth grade.  I have played club Volleyball for 3 years now.  This year (2017- 2018) was my third year of club,  I was named the captain of my team.  I was also our full-time libero.   I am a leader on the court but humble in my approach.  I am a team player and always try to help other players if they are down on themselves.  I like having fun on the court while still being serious.  I am dominant at serve recieve.  I am great at help sets and back row attacks.  I consider myself a well rounded player and will work hard. 

    My dream school would be in a warm climate but I grew up in the midwest, so I can handle any type of weather.   A medium size campus is ideal, but I am open to any type.  My major or what i want to go into is the medical field. I would like to go to school to be a Ultrasound Tech or be a Nurse Practitioner.  When I have time to myself I enjoy hanging out with friends and in the summer I enjoy bonfires and swimming in pools or lakes.  I also really enjoy nature and camping on the weekends.
