Personal Statement
My name is Ella Stivers and I am a sophomore at Metamora Township High School. I have been playing volleyball since I was 9 years old. I was on the freshman team last year and had opportunities on the sophomore team as well. I am often described as a consistent and versatile player. I usually play as an outside but have also played middle, right side, and some DS and libero. From doing those, I have been able to help advance my passing and getting to hit from different spots on the court. I have a good volleyball IQ and see the court well. I am a leader both on and off the court and have been told I do a great job encouraging and lifting up my teammates. My goal is to play competitive college volleyball while majoring in Special Education.
