I've played volleyball in various positions for my school for 6 years beginning in the seventh grade, and I first played for high school varsity in 8th grade. I plan on following in my mother's footsteps attending college to receive my bachelor's degree in nursing. In performing for a Christian organization, I was taught to use every ounce of my ability and effort in the game and to leave everything on the court. This mindset helped me to earn the second all-conference award in the 2017 season, along with medals for every year I competed for the school. It has also helped both me and my teammates to encourage and lift each other up both on and off the court.
