After playing volleyball for 3 years, I learned a lot. I'm not talking just about skill, but also about sportsmanship mentality. I noticed how little things make big things happen. That's why during every practice I focused on making little things perfect. Attention to detail is something that is stuck deep in my head because only that mentality will produce excellence. I also notice how important it is to be a good teammate. I witnessed multiple times how the mood of one person on the court can change the mood of the whole team. This is why, for me, it's important to always stay positive and competitive, no matter what the outcome is. Cheering on each other can be a great motivation to play harder and to impress teammates. The best feeling in volleyball is when you do something unexpected and you do it right, but it would only be possible after hours of practice and lifting. This feeling motivates me to work even harder in order to do even more incredible things. I still have a lot to learn, but I am ready for any challenge on this new journey of pursuing excellence.
