My goal is to attend a four year university and major in engineering because I have an interest and aptitude for math and science. As of right now, I am still not sure specifically what field of engineering I want to pursue, however I am excited to take new classes and find out which interests me the most. In college, I am looking forward to learning to be independent while also being a part of a team, on and off of the court. I have strong values and I love being able to share them with my team. I first started playing volleyball in fourth grade, and I was a very shy and timid player. But since then I have learned to become a more assertive and aggressive player on the court, even stepping into leadership roles. I also enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. I am excited to begin this next chapter of my life and hope to be able to incorporate both education and volleyball in this journey.
