Haylie Rynberk '21 Recruiting Profile

As a college athlete, my goal is to graduate with a degree in Business Management and also to play on a volleyball team that challenges me physically, mentally, and spiritually to perform my absolute best.   Academics are very important to me and I plan to work very hard to maintain a high grade point average while also being a valuable asset to any team I am apart of.   I love a challenge and I am not afraid of hard work because I think that challenges and hard work reveal a person's true character.  I also love to be a part of a team because as the only girl with two brothers I value the comradery and relationships I form with the other girls.  Being on a team for me is more than just people I play with, it is family.   Family never leaves each other when things get tough and we always stick together no matter the outcome and that is something that I take very seriously.  I always lead on the court whether vocally or silently as I try to set a good example wherever I go.  I am also not afraid of criticism and hard work and will always take responsibility for my performance.  I value any chance I can to improve my game.   I love the game of volleyball and I love to play it.
