Kayla Daros '21 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball to me, is more than a game. Volleyball is my passion and what drives me to want to play collegiately at a level that pushes me and that is at the highest level possible. I believe that being a defensive player, you have to have an attitude to bring it any time you step onto the court, and this attitude is what I live by. I love diving for whatever ball I can to get it up for my teammates. As a natural leader, I can take on many responsibilities. Whether it is on or off the court, I am always supportive of my teammates. Not only do I expect the best from my teammates, but also for myself. I always give 110% in whatever I do. I always want to win.

     That being said, I am just as passionate about my academic future. My drive and dedication has lead me to the medical field. I love to help people and always put others before myself, which is one of the reasons why I am drawn to the field of medicine. I am a strong student enrolled in all Honors classes and who is ready for any challenges. I am looking to play for a college or university that meets my academic and athletic goals.
