2015 Highlights Personal Statement
I am a setter who is keen to play defense and run an offense. I believe my job when I walk out onto the court is to win. I have a very high GPA and take many advanced classes, so I use what I learn at school on the volleyball court when evaluating the other team, which hitter I should set, etc. I played soccer for 11 years before committing myself to volleyball and it really helped me with the athleticism and competitive spirit that I need to bring on the court.
