Jada Hans '17 Recruiting Profile

 I am a 5'7 125lb Libero/DS , I started playing organized volleyball in 3rd Grade with our local Optimist Club league.  In order to improve my skills, in 7th grade I decided to try out for a local Club team (Magnum Force)…the club owner wanted to put me with the 8th grade girls because she said she saw potential and ability.  I decided not to play up  because I was a little scared, but in the end was glad I stayed with my age group…I developed a close relationship with 2 other girls on that club team that closeness ended up  up earning us many trophies.  Playing club volleyball developed the skills required to allow me to compete at the High School level.  I love to play volleyball…I know some of my teammates play other sports, but I feel by concentrating on volleyball  will make me a better player, I have played softball and did track a few years but my passion is volleyball.  I told my parents and my NCSA recruiter my goal is to play for a college team.  We go to Purdue Volleyball games and some Ball State games and they are so much fun to watch.
My goal is to go to college and play volleyball and get a degree in Nursing, I would love to specialize in Pediatric Nursing.   With good grades and hard work on and off the court I know I can do it!! 
Starting in 2014 I started to play for Munciana Volleyball Club, Yorktown Ind.   I decided  that after my Freshman JV season I wanted to play at Munciana we have several team members that play there and my parents felt it was time for a change.  WOW what a change, I improved 100%.   I learn so much at Munciana, I am now a libero.  I also started on the Varsity team at Lapel High School.  This Year I am on the 16-1 team at Munciana and I am starting libero. 
I KNOW I would be a good candidate for your college, because I am a hard worker, get good grades, have a good attitude, have fun and Love Volleyball!
