Diana Cox '23 Recruiting Profile

One of my biggest goals in volleyball is to be happy. Through the competitive nature of the sport and the pressure that comes with it, sometimes it is difficult to remember to enjoy yourself and have fun with the people around you, specifically, my teammates. Losing my very first sectional round against Fishers as a freshman, really set the tone for my high school volleyball career. Only using the loss as my motivation while it encouraged my will to get better. Using that experience to better myself and  from a general standpoint, I am a very flexible person that isn’t afraid to recognize change and act upon it. From the little things such as adjusting my angle in passing, to the big things such as adjusting my entire schedule; juggling academics, volleyball, my job at Chilis’ and even my own personal time with family.
