Personal Statement
One of my goals in college is to play volleyball as a middle or outside hitter. I knew I wanted to play at a collegiate level when I went to my first volleyball camp. I’m a good candidate for your team because I’m a strong blocker, efficient hitter, and firmly believe in teamwork. I’m also easily coachable and always strive to improve myself. I love the thrill of blocking a hitter and getting a kill. I also enjoy encouraging my teammates and celebrating their points.
My most important goal for college is to major in Physical Therapy. I attend a small public school and take my academics seriously. I enjoy taking difficult classes and challenging myself to expand my knowledge. I’ve made honor roll freshman and sophomore year. I’m also in an honors program. Through this program I have began taking college classes and really enjoy the rigor of them.
