I've always been a lover of the game. Whether it be watching games live or in person. Just genuinely have a passion and strive for success in this fundamentally challenged game. I try to keep the best attitude I can towards others and myself. If a mistake is made I find a way to over see it. A coaches comment saying, get the next one usually assures me that I can correct my mistake and become successful. I strive for a bonding team. One who knows that your teammates will always have your back. I try to be as vocal as possible. Talking to my setters on where I like the ball placed is a key specialty. Also, letting my defensive passers know I appreciate their work. I occupy myself with track on top of volleyball. If there is one key advantage in volleyball, it is that you win with a mindset. You win a race by your speed. You win a golf meet by your strokes. In softball, you win by runs batted in. With volleyball you step onto the court, knowing you are going to be playing your best or worst. If the team is compelled together and easily can get out of errors, it is easier to have a come back. For a team who cannot escape error after error, you will find yourself in deep frustration. My academics are the most important part of my schooling and sports combined. I strive for above average and beyond. I hope to advance my level of volleyball as a Freshman in high-school to playing as a Freshman in college.
