Lauren Schrock '21 Recruiting Profile

When I was seven, my parents would always take me to my sisters' volleyball games. I fell in love with volleyball and ever since, playing volleyball has been an important part of my life.  Playing volleyball makes me the happiest person ever.  I am trying my absolute hardest to achieve my goal of playing Division 1 volleyball

 Being a good teammate on the court is extremely important, but I feel like it's even more important to be a good person off of it. You'll always see me on a bench cheering on my teammates. Every single one of the girls on my teams over the last seven years has become part of my family. I have a great attitude to every aspect of volleyball. 

         I know that you can't just play volleyball ALL the time; I also focus on my academics as well. I shoot for straight A's every year. I try very hard in school and keep trying even when it's challenging.  For my family and myself playing for a D1 has always been our dream. I hope that my NCSA profile can help me make it a reality.
