My name is Emilee Roberts and I love volleyball! It has been my favorite sport since I started playing in fourth grade. My first experience with volleyball was with my big sister and once I got my hands on a ball, I was hooked. I started attending various camps during the summers and by sixth grade, I was playing for a club team. Currently, I am a DS/libero/setter for the class of 2019. I play for the Allen County Aces Volleyball Club and Chanute High School.
During my freshman season, I was a DS/right side and played all six rotations for the freshman team. Our final record was 34-2. During the 2016 club season, I was a setter/right side and also played all six rotations. Also, during the 2016 season, I attended the Show-Me National Qualifier with the Allen County Aces 16-1 team. I played libero/DS.
While I am very passionate about volleyball, I also have many other interests. I am an AP/Honors student, and I currently have a 4.0 GPA. Getting a good education and keeping a high GPA are two very important things to me. I am involved in Blue Crew, FCCLA, FCA, FLC, and FBLA. In college I would like to study genetics.
