Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Danielle Runnebaum. I am a 2025 graduate and most often play as a serving Middle/Right hitter. I have played volleyball since 2nd grade and really developed my appreciation for the sport and desire to play collegiately in 6th grade. I have overcome obstacles such as mild asthma and osgood-schlatter disease through determination and hard work. I often supplement organized practices through personal training and training at home. On the court, either in practice or during games, I try to lead by example and through support. I am as driven for academic success as I am in sports. My ideal college volleyball environment is team family. Supporting one another driving toward collective success.
