Personal Statement
Ever since I first held a volleyball I knew that was what I wanted to do. I’ve been playing volleyball for 5 years now. I have learned so much from this sport, not only the athletic aspect but also how to be a great teammate and how to work through problems. Just like every sport you meet new people but especially volleyball, when you go to camps or get on a team that you don’t know everyone on, that’s what I love most about volleyball.
I’m an upcoming freshman at Manhattan high school and achieved a 4.0 GPA all throughout middle school. I do many outside of school activities like volleyball, dance, track and I ride horses. I strive to do the very best I can and push myself all the time and give my 100%. I’m a very well rounded athlete that is willing to go above and beyond and stretch my limits to be the very best I can be.
Being a starting outside hitter is one of my main aspirations, my other one is to play at Nebraska University. I want to major in animal science and be a large animal chiropractic. I work hard each and everyday to hopefully one day achieve my dreams. Thank you for taking the time to read my personal statement.
