Macy Putnam '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I'm Macy Putnam a 5'9 left-handed opposite/right side hitter, Senior at Royal Valley High School. I'm currently a three sport athlete (volleyball, basketball, and track) but my goal would be to attend college as a volleyball athlete. I have played club volleyball for 5 years now and continuing. I'm currently on the Topeka Heat 18-1 gold club team and we have had many accomplishments as a team. I am a hard worker, and hold all of my weight class lifts at my school except for two. I plan to study athletic training for 4 years and then go to med school and become a Doctor in Physical Therapy. My sophomore volleyball season I was a varsity player and contributed very well to the team on the right side as a left-handed individual. My Junior year I played varsity as well and helped take my team to state, and place 3rd in the 4A-DII state tournament. I worked hard in the weight room again this summer improving my athletic ability every morning and I hope to contribute tremendously my senior year to the Royal Valley Volleyball program.
