My name is Lauren Croom, I am 17 years old and I like to read and write short stories in my free time. It is a dream of mine to play volleyball in college. I love the physical aspect of the sport, the mentality that it takes in order to win, and the friends that I have made along the way. I would consider myself a strong leader because I have learned to adjust my leadership style to best help a teammate. I am also a very competitive person and I have a winning mentality. I am always willing to put in 110% and go the extra mile to succeed. I want to play on a college team where I am surrounded by other girls who feel the same way. I also strive for excellence in the classroom, and I am looking for a school to challenge me in the classroom and on the court.
