Aniya Jones '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach,

My name is Aniya Jones and I am a member of class 2022 at Chapelgate Christian Academy.  My goal is to play volleyball at the collegiate level.  To help me become a better player I have attended clinics, camps and take private lessons,  I also workout with my strength and conditioning coach and skill and development coach each week to help me master my skills at the game I truly love  My goal is to attend a college that will help me grow both academically and athletically,  I would like to major in Criminal Justice.  I have a great work ethic and I am the ultimate team player who is coachable and a very passionate player.  I give 110% in everything that I do and is always looking to improve my game every time I step on the court.  I hope to attract coaches who will give me the opportunity to play for their program and bring my passion and excitement to the game.  At the end of my collegiate years I hope to have grown as an individual both mentally and physically.

In the classroom I am just as competitive.  I know how important it is to be an athlete but most importantly an outstanding student as well.  As a testament of my hard work and dedication I have been on honor roll since middle school.  I am a member of both The National Society of High School Scholars and The National Honor Society at Chapelgate Christian Academy.  I credit my academic success to working hard, this is something that I learnt in sports because you have to have time management and balance.  I take pride in challenging myself, I am currently taking honor classes and will become a dual enrollment student during my junior year of high school.
