I am a 5'11" opposite/outside hitter from Newton, Massachusetts. I graduate in 2020 and have four years of varsity experience as a starter in my high school team. During my four years on the team, we have played in the state finals three years in a row, finishing second in 2016 (my freshman year) and winning the state title twice (in 2017 and 2018). I started my freshman and sophomore year as a middle blocker but have played outside hitter in my junior and senior years and opposite for my club team, SMASH 17's Black Ice. I am doing well academically, with a weighted GPA of 4.44 and a 34 on my ACT. I want to go to a school with a big focus on academics, that also has a great community atmosphere. Size doesn't matter as much to me, but I would prefer a school not too far from an urban area. I believe my best fit at this point would be a competitive DIII.
