Growing up I was exposed to many different activities, gymnastics, dance, soccer, swimming, basketball, and volleyball. Volleyball was the activity I consistently sought to play and focused my attention on. During my junior year I injured my knee and was not able to play most of the high school season. During that time, I helped coach players and my passion for the sport grew immensely. Volleyball has taught me to be a humble team player, a leader on my team, and I strive to be inclusive and communicate honestly and effectively.
I look forward to the opportunity of playing volleyball at a collegiate level while challenging myself academically in Pre-health/Pre-Medicine major and Spanish minor.
