Sara Atkinson '11 Recruiting Profile

Hi I'm Sara Atkinson! I'm a 6'2" outside hitter from Mounds View High School and I'm very interested in playing high level volleyball in college. I've played competative club ball since my freshman year and I'm always striving to become a better athlete. I love working hard and I'm not afraid to sweat! I always try to have a possitive attitude on the court and strive to be the best team player I can be. I'm looking for a big school that challenges me both academically and athletically. I'm still undecided in my major but I'm interested in business and the medical field. In my opinion it is unrealistic for me to play at a high level and start my freshman year; however, I'm hoping that I will be able to get playing time my sophomore year and start my junior and senior years. I know that volleyball can be a very demanding sport and I'm ready for whatever challenges come my way!
