I would be a good fit for YOUR team because I am a strong, positive leader who is versatile enough to fully embrace whichever position my coach needs me to play on any given day.
In addition to always working hard on the court, I take pride in working hard in class (current GPA 3.972) and in my community. My parents are raising me in a small town where they are always volunteering and giving of their time and talents to better the community via the fire and rescue department, ambassador program and festival committees. I truly feel learning by their example is something that has helped shape the kind of teammate and person I am today.
Being part of a collegiate team would not only benefit me athletically, but would also benefit me as I learn and grow into my career. I hope to take the skills I learn (teamwork, respect, commitment and leadership) and use them in my career as a nurse and in my every day life.
