Alexis Ferrell '18 Recruiting Profile

Although I understand the high demands of playing college volleyball, I hope to strive to have very high expectations for myself academically.  I long to work in a medical field due to my interests in anatomy, neurology, and physiology.  I have learned how to prioritize work so that I can meet all of my personal goals, both within volleyball and within the academic realm.  I have taken college courses in high school and genuinely look forward to the academic challenges that will be presented to me in college.  I value all the coaches I have played under and look for their guidance continually as I achieve to better my playing skills.  I like coaches with high expectations and explicit instructions to assist me in my understanding of the game.  I believe in a positive playing environment and seek to energize my teammates every time I enter the court.
