Soleil Newland '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6’1 middle blocker from Sauk Rapids Minnesota. I am starter on the Sauk Rapids Rice High School varsity team for two years and have earned All-Conference both years. I was also chosen as a new team captain my Junior year of high school. When I play volleyball I leave it all on the court every time I step in the gym. I work as hard in the class room as I do on the court. I have a 3.721 gpa and have been on the A honor roll for many years now.

I am looking for a college that is as challenging in the class room as it is on the court. I would be so greatful to pursue a university with an outstanding academic field in nursing. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team. I am a very hard working individual, who not only strives for the best in herself but for the team as well.
