Kaylee Huffman '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaylee Huffman and I am a great candidate for your team due to my work ethic on the court, in the classroom and from the goals I have accomplished throughout my four years of High School Volleyball. I have a work ethic like no other. I have been awarded as "most hustle" on my team throughout the years and I am the loudest person on the floor. My goal is to pick up any ball in my reach and throw my body in attempt to touch every ball I can. One thing I like to make sure of as a player is that I have great ball control.

I was team captain my Junior and Senior year. I played for Club Bear four years on the competitive 1's team. I was awarded 1st team All-District selection my Sophomore year, Unanimous 1st team All-Conference and 2nd team All-Region selection my Junior year. My Senior year I ended with Big 8 Player of the Year, All-State award, 1st team unanimous All-Conference, 1st team All-District and 2017 All-Ozone Team the top 21 players in all Southwest Missouri. I was Academic All State my sophomore, junior and senior year. Academics are just as important to me as my athletics as I keep a high GPA while taking college classes and weighted classes.

I was apart of the Varsity team all four years and a starter for three. During my time on the team, we won three District Championships and two undefeated Conference championships. One thing that makes me different than other recruits is I am a multi-sport athlete who played Club volleyball and basketball in the same seasons for two years while keeping a high GPA. I am a four-year starter in basketball and have received post-season honors as well. Thank you for viewing my profile!
