- 2018 Highlights
Personal Statement
I have always been a multi-sport athlete, but volleyball has grown to be my passion. I began playing club volleyball when I was 10 years old, and it has been my favorite sport ever since. As I have played all these years and completed junior high and my first year of high school volleyball, I knew that it became a piece of me and that I had the ability to get better through hard work and determination. Hard work paid off for me as I started varsity as a freshman and received an all-district award.
I know that I would be a great asset to any college team that is looking for a player who is hardworking, positive, and flexible to anything a coach would ask of me, as I am able to successfully play both a hitter and a defensive specialist. I have great respect for coaches and the time they put in to challenge their athletes and strive to make them better. Not only do I believe I would benefit whatever college I choose to go to with my athletic ability, but I believe I would also be an asset to the academic program. I currently hold a 3.9 GPA while still taking upper-level classes.
