My favorite thing about sports has been making friends and memories. When I was little, I was involved in gymnastics and soccer. Volleyball caught my eye, when my older sister started to play. I watched the game for years until my mom finally let me try out for a club team when I was 10. Club volleyball has taught me so much over the last five years, I have played. It taught me how to work with people and express myself individually.
For as long as I can remember, my parents have encouraged me to work as hard as I can in school and every other aspect of my life. I am so greatful for everyone in my life they make me who I am today. They have made me selfless, strong, independent, and willing to do what it takes to be the best person I can be.
