Micaiah Vrbka '19 Recruiting Profile

I was born and raised on a farm in rural Nebraska. I was raised to work hard and set goals because I was helping out on the farm at an early age. We raise almost 210,000 broiler chickens for Smart Chicken. I love helping out whenever I can. I got involved in sports at a young age playing local tournaments and then for my school’s junior high team. In high school, I have kept busy with numerous extracurricular including volleyball, basketball, track, dance, soccer, and many other clubs and organizations. This year is my first year playing club volleyball.

I am interested in attending a college that is similar to where I am from. A college that is a part of a smaller community and the team is like a family. I would love to be close enough to home to visit fairly often, but I also love traveling and making new friends.
