Volleyball is not just a sport I play during the fall to get in shape, but also a passion of mine. I started playing when I was in 7th grade and have played ever since. Through volleyball I have been able to learn how to create life long bonds wih others and how to stay positive and encourage others even when times are tough. Through volleyball I have managed to become more positive and outgoing while staying true to myself. In addition, one season is not enough so I have been dedicating my winter season to our boys team to scorekeep all of their games since my sophmore year.
Not only do I strive for the best on the court, but also off the court as well. I have managed to maintain an average of 90%+ throught my entire high school career, enabeling myself to be enducted into NHS my junior year. In college I'm looking to find a program that will allow me to pursue my love of math and that will allow me to maintain both a high academic career and an athletic career.
