Never having played volleyball before, I tried a camp the summer going into seventh grade and that is where my love for the sport started. For my seventh grade year I played on modified as a setter. In eighth and ninth grade I played on the JV team as a setter and outside hitter. I then went to varsity during my sophomore year and played as the starting setter. Something that makes me stand out from other athletes is my coach-ability. One of the aspects I love most about the game is working with coaches to better myself as a player and a person. Along with my regular season I have attended the Beekmantown Volleyball Academy and the SLU Volleyball Camp for the past few years. I look forward to continuing my volleyball career at the collegiate level along with pursuing my academic career.
