Good evening,
My name is Kaylee Lopez and I am a current student at UNC-Charlotte.
I am a 5'4" DS/Libero from Raeford, NC. I graduated from Hoke County High School summer of 2015. I entered SCC fall 2015 playing volleyball for the Lady Flyers. I played as a DS/L for Sandhills in the 2015-16 season and we had an overall record of 24-10 record my first year. In the fall of 2016, I started the Respiratory Therapy program at Sandhills and was able to play another year for 2016-17 season, where we finished runner-up in the Regional Championship.. I graduated from this program in May 2018.
As an athlete, I have a lot to offer. I am very dedicated to the game, I am very loud on the court, and always try to keep the communication up. I try to maintain a positive attitude on and off the court, regardless of the situation. I am very focused on my studies as well. My third year at SCC, I did not be play volleyball but I focused my time to work on my strength and conditioning. I was a volleyball coach at Pinecrest High School and AC Sandhills Volleyball Club. I just recently transferred to UNC-Charlotte, where i am currently coaching at Carolina Juniors Volleyball, allowing me to continue being active in volleyball, and majoring in Exercise Science.
Here is a link to my krossover highlights for the 2016-17 season.
