Hannah Warrington '20 Recruiting Profile

I truly enjoy sports and competition. I started playing club volleyball in the third grade and through the years of playing, I knew that I had found my passion.  Through club, high school and sport-specific training, I have continually worked to improve my volleyball skills and I believe that it shows in my play.  I have been honored to represent the University of Findlay Oiler Attack Club top team for my age group in every year that I've played.

I am very driven and competitive. I lead by example and I lift up my teammates through my play and by being encouraging.  I am confident in my preparation, which allows me to handle high-pressure situations without getting rattled during competition. 

I am a six-rotation outside hitter for both my club and high school volleyball teams.  I am an explosive player with an approach touch of 9'7" and 8' broad jump.  I have excellent attacking ability, reaction time, hand/eye coordination and court awareness to adjust to the ball. I'm a very strong offensive and defensive player, with excellent ball handling skills and a very good serve. 

I have a strong desire and commitment to achieve a level of academic and athletic performance that would allow me to attend a University where I can continue to compete in the sport that I love, while pursuing my degree.
