Hard work and dedication defines how I approach both academics and athletics. I take pride in everything I do both on and off the court. Maintaining a strong GPA is as important to me as being a strong leader and player. Attending a private Catholic school since Kindergarten has offered me great opportunities and instilled a sense of responsibility to myself and my community.
I have been a member of 4H for the past five years and have been elected into a leadership role within my club for the past four years (Health and Safety Officer, Treasurer, and Vice President). I have shown horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, and photography while in 4H. In addition to my 4H projects, I have lead and participated in multiple community projects such as feeding the poor with the Shalom Project, park clean up at Caesars Creek State Park, and visiting the sick and elderly at Otterbein Nursing Home. In 2019, I will be a camp counselor for the Warren County Horse Camp.
Athletically, I have participated in sports since I was three years old and starting volleyball in the third grade (7 years). I have been a leader on the court since day one. Being elected as team captain for the past three seasons both on my school and club teams. In 2018, I participated in the USA Volleyball High Performance Select Skills program at California University in PA. I have been the #1 setter on all my teams since the 4th grade. As a Freshman at Bishop Fenwick High School, I started as the JV setter running a 5-1. Post season, I was moved to Varsity.
