- NST (NERVOUS SYSTEM TRAINING) utilizes a unique style of training that focuses on neural recruitment. We focus on developing the neurological synapses of the nervous system and the muscle fibers it innervates. This process tricks the body to activate and recruit the maximum amount of fast twitch muscle fibers your genetics will allow. By improving fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment, our athletes dramatically increase SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER, and EXPLOSION.
