Hi! My name is Daphne Stayer and I am currently a junior in high school. One day, I hope to achieve my goal and become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. I have a very caring and kind personality and care about everyone I meet dearly. I have been utterly blessed in life and I want to help others achieve things that I have.
Ever since I was in the seventh grade, I wanted to play collegiate-level volleyball. I never go a day without touching a volleyball, weight training and doing my own at-home workout programs. I feel doing this, it helps me be the very best volleyball player I can possibly be. I have always been a very driven and very hard working person. This is coming from the classroom or the volleyball court. In order to reach my dreams, I need to do my best in school and focus on my grades. Education is very important to me. Volleyball has changed me as a person completely. It gave me so many opportunities and opened my shell. It has given me confidence and showed me how to live life.
I have never given up on anything life has given me, no matter how hard the hurdle is. You will never see me without a smile on my face because frankly, when the sun is shining, no one should be upset and angry at the world. I feel everyone should live their best lives and stay positive with everything! I am a very energetic person, so there will never be a dull moment with me! I will let you with one final note and promise: I will never, ever give up on anything I do.
