#amongthetrees - my journey to play college volleyball! Hi, I’m Rebecca Wintjen, a Varsity Setter/DS graduating in 2022. My so excited to be using the NCSA platform and coaches to fulfill my dreams since middle school. I chose “among the trees” to represent me because height has never been my strength, but I make up for it on the court with my hustle and smart game time decisions.
I love assisting my team by finding the sweet spot for each player by learning exactly where to position the ball for the kill.
Covid has dampened my game play but not my spirit so I’ve been practicing at Core Club and working on my drills which you can watch on my highlight video and more individual skill videos coming soon!
