Leadership is my character and excellence is my standard in athletics, academics and relationships. I am a contagious ball of energy on and off the court. I led my middle school team to winning the first district volleyball championship for the first time in school history as captain and as a six rotation player. During the same year, as libreo and captain, I led my 17 Nationals Club Team to a gold championship: winning the tournament and securing a national bid in the 17 Girls Juniors National Volleyball Division. I clearly understand the importance of playing my role, while at the same time celebrating the roles that each one of my teammates play. I love to win and look forward to being a libero on a championship focused college volleyball team where winning is a priority. I love volleyball because its a team sport that demands individual accountibility and fearless execution of skills. I love all aspects of volleyball including academics, watching film, gym workouts, and court time with my coaches and teammates. Academically, I am always on the A/B Honor Roll. I love science and education in general. I look forward to the college experience both academically and athletically.
