Personal Statement
Volleyball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have gone from playing with my sisters at the age of six to playing varsity at the age of seventeen. Going to college for the sport I love is a dream of mine. I work hard, attempt everything thrown my way, and improve in every way. On the court, I am communicative, hustling, and be open to trying new things. I have been an outside hitter, a middle blocker, and an opposite. Although middles have the libero go in the backrow for them I am confident in my backrow skills. Being able to play all the way around gives me the confidence that if a coach needs someone to rely on to get the ball to the setter that they can depend on me. Backrow has been something that I have worked my hardest on because of the stereo types.
