As an honor student, I not only strive to be the best on the court, but also to be the best in the classroom. Building a future for myself is one of my highest priorities, therefore, I am more than willing to put everything it takes into reaching my full potential.
As a kid, I grew up in a very competitive household, influencing my competitive attitude. I have tried several sports over the years, including: tee-ball, soccer, basketball, and track. In the fourth grade, I decided I wanted to attend my very first volleyball camp and immediately fell in love with the sport. Not only has volleyball made me a better athlete, but it has also made me a better person. The environment that volleyball establishes has taught me how to be a supportive teammate, a confident leader and follower, and has defined my outgoing personality. My determination allows me to excel in the classroom and on the court, while my humorous attitude never makes it a boring experience. I intend to attain a successful future in volleyball through hard work and dedication on and off the volleyball court.
