I want to take my volleyball career to the next level in college while focusing on my studies and academics also. I love to compete and I am not scared to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new. I started playing volleyball when I was 9 for my school and I instantly fell in love. From there I went on to play travel volleyball and I have been playing for Alliance Volleyball Club out of Nashville, Tennessee since then (6th season playing). Also, three years ago I took part in a prestigious tryout for USA High Performance Program, competing for a spot to be trained and coached by Olympic and collegiate coaches with girls from around the country. I am proud and excited to say that since then, I have made their Training Camp, then their A3 team the following year. Along with all of my athletic credentials, I also have excelled in the academic world. I am a consistent Honor Roll student, a member of the Honor Society, and the Duke Tip program. I also like to volunteer my time at my church and at many homeless shelters around the Nashville, TN area. I believe that all of these achievements qualify me as a great fit for a college position in the competitive and wonderful game of volleyball.
