Personal Statement
My name is Cassidy Couch. I am a 5’4” junior Libero at Rockvale high school with a 3.6 GPA. Last season I was asked to come off the back row and play all around to help my team. This was a great learning experience that gave me an even better understanding of the game. I was surprised and proud to be named to the All District Tournament Team for the second year in a row, but as a hitter this time. My goal this season is to help Rockvale establish itself as a volleyball powerhouse. I have also played club ball for 5 years and I continue to participate in skills and trainings whenever I can. I am looking forward to my 4th season with Tennessee Performance (TPV) coming up. I have been told by many people that I have the ability to bring my team back up when down on the court… I take this very seriously! As a leader, I feel like it’s my obligation to give maximum effort at all times… constantly leading by example and making closer connections with my teammates, on and off the court. I come from a family of collegiate athletes and I know what it takes to be a champion. I look forward to bringing my game to the next level... Thank you for your time and consideration.
